Our Mission
Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market is committed to maintaining the health of all forms of life, from lush trees and dedicated workers to the billions of microbes that live in the soil. As farmers who practice organic and regenerative farming, we are not satisfied with ordinary organic standards, and strive to ensure that the health and productivity of the land is not only maintained, but is constantly improved and continuously restored. When you taste the delicious fruits from our orchards, you will know that we have taken care of the land. We go all out to tap into the flavor potential of fruit, in order to present the most delicious fruit.
At the same time, we have the same philosophy for meat production. We raise livestock in a way that respects the animals’ natural habits, providing them with wide space to move freely, and feeding them organic feed and natural forage to ensure healthy growth. In the whole farming process, we resolutely eliminate the use of antibiotics and growth hormones, and strive to produce fresh meat, nutritious and safe and healthy meat products. From farm to table, every step follows the principles of organic and regenerative, so that every bite of meat you taste contains the purity and peace of mind of nature.
Our legendary fruit
Thousands of fruit trees thrive on our 280-acre farm, including peaches, nectarines, cherries, apricots, plums, plums, cimelos, mulberries, pears, olives, persimmons, quins, apples, Meyer lemons, blood oranges and more. We are certified organic by CCOF (California Organic Farm Certification) and have always been unwavering in our regenerative practices.
All the hard work we put into caring for the soil, nourishing the trees and caring for the team on the farm ultimately translates into the high nutritional value and unmatched flavor of the fruit. Our highly skilled team picks the fruit as it RIPS naturally on the tree to maximise its flavour and retain its nutrients. Thanks to the experience and skill of our harvesters and fruit packers in handling particularly ripe, delicate fruit, our fruit has a high “Brix” (a measure of sugar and nutritional development) value! Our quality meat
In the breeding area, we are equally well planned. The cattle and sheep roam leisurely on the vast pasture, and the sufficient exercise makes their muscles firmer and their meat more resilient. Chickens, ducks and other poultry feed freely near the semi-open coop and duck shed, pecking at the farm’s naturally occurring insects, grasses and occasionally our carefully prepared organic grain feed.
At the processing stage, we handle livestock and poultry in a humane and professional manner. Strict adherence to hygiene standards ensures that meat is clean and safe at every step from farm to processing plant. Processed meats, whether they are tender, juicy steaks, chewy lamb chops, or firm chicken or duck, can bring you a great taste experience. Every piece of meat is infused with our commitment to quality and a deep understanding of sustainable agriculture.
