US Wellness Meats Spatchcocked Chicken is a whole chicken (2-3 lbs) that has been split down the back spreading the two halves flat. This makes for quicker cook times similar to butterflying a thick steak and offers a beautiful finished presentation. It also allows easier access to the whole chicken for seasoning.

Our free range chickens are raised on pasture with a salad bar of grasses, legumes, and insects. The limited amount of grain US Wellness Meats’ free range chickens consume is Non-GMO. They are also antibiotic and hormone free.
