Shipping

We do our best to schedule shipments to maximize the freshness of the products while maintaining timeliness. For our meat products, which require special handling to preserve their quality, we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure they are transported under the appropriate temperature-controlled conditions. Just like our fresh produce, all other pantry items and dry goods are shipped Monday through Friday with standard Ground shipping.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Order and Shipping Policies.

Our Commitment to Ripeness and Quality

While we attempt to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, our commitment to ripeness and quality may require us to delay shipments. For fruits, based on our picking schedule, ripeness, variety availability, weather, and other conditions, we reserve the right to hold shipments as needed to provide you with the freshest, ripest fruit we can. Similarly, for our meat products, we ensure that they are processed and shipped at the optimal time to maintain their freshness and flavor. We take into account factors such as the slaughter date, curing time (for cured meats), and the need to keep them at the right temperature during transit.

If you place an order online, please use the special instructions “Notes” field during the order process to communicate any delivery requirements or if you desire a specific delivery date. Whether it’s for a box of juicy peaches or a pack of tender steaks, we will accommodate delivery dates, but for critical shipments, we recommend calling us to confirm availability.

UPS Carrier Delay

Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market takes great pride in every product we offer and strives to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. When shipping meat, we use insulated packaging and ice packs (where necessary) to keep it at a safe temperature. However, while we take many measures to mitigate the risks associated with shipping fresh and frozen food across the country, there are, unfortunately, factors outside our control, such as weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS. Therefore, the shipping guidelines published on our website do not guarantee a shipping or arrival date.

Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market is not responsible for transit delays caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, security concerns, local carrier mis – scans, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Additionally, we do not require a signature to release any shipment. Whether a package, be it filled with fresh greens or marbled beef, is left at an address is ultimately at the individual delivery person’s discretion, which is beyond our control.

Delivery Times

Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market cannot guarantee delivery time, as it is subject to the local UPS carrier. Most UPS carriers deliver packages anytime between 7 AM and 11 PM. If you are placing an order for a time – sensitive event, like a barbecue with friends where you need our premium sausages, we recommend ordering early and scheduling it to arrive at least two days before the event. Most of our products, including both fruits and meats, can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to maintain freshness.

In anticipation of high package volumes (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, we may ship your order early to ensure it gets in good condition. Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market has the right to adjust the arrival timeline of your order, whether earlier or later than estimated, based on operational conditions to avoid delays.

Signature Required

Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market does not require a signature for package delivery.

UPS Access Point

Some customers may have a UPS Access Point account set up with UPS. Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market is not responsible for deliveries sent to a UPS Access Point. If a package containing our products, whether it’s a crate of ripe mangoes or a box of bacon, is shipped to an Access Point and is delayed, the buyer is responsible for contacting the customer to ensure timely retrieval.

Reroutes

Customers must verify that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order and confirm it in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address after your order has shipped, a $21 address change processing fee will apply. Once an address modification is requested, UPS requires one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market is not responsible for transit delays caused by address modifications.

Please note that no returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed on orders that have shipped or entered fulfillment. All packages are shipped via UPS; therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

A correct address is essential because our products are perishable. UPS will attempt to deliver up to three times. After the third attempt, the order, whether it contains fresh produce or meat products, will be returned to Yoli’s Produce and Meat Market. Failed delivery attempts do not qualify for replacements or refunds.

Order Deadlines & Delivery Estimates

To ensure freshness, orders placed after Tuesday at 11:59 PM will ship the following Monday, unless upgraded to Next Day Air or UPS Ground (1 Day). For meat orders, we also consider the additional time required for proper packaging and temperature – controlled preparation. So, if you order a large quantity of our slow – roasted brisket after the deadline, it will follow the same shipping schedule, but we will make sure it is packaged securely to maintain its quality during transit.
